InventPass - Privacy Policy

We believe everyone should have the rights to their privacy, that's why we built InventPass which use AES-256 bit encryption to secure your passwords, while most other password managers don't.

  • All your passwords are saved securely on your mobile device.
  • Passwords and Secure Notes: NONE of your passwords or secure notes are visible to us, including the master password. Everything is saved on your mobile device.
  • Online Sync: In the online sync feature, an AES-256 bit encrypted file is sent to our realtime databases over a secure HTTPS connection. Even after recieved, no one can see your passwords, not even us. Everything is encrypted with your master password, and it's not stored in our server.
  • Private Browser: All of your web browsing data in the Private Browser remains on your device and it's mostly deleted instantly as you close the browser. The browser turns off automatically and INSTANTLY as soon as you close the app(even if it's still in memory)
  • Settings: Your app settings or device settings are saved on your device and not in your InventPass account or our servers.
  • Templates: All the templates are loaded securely and we do not collect any usage or other kinds of data related to templates.
  • Crashlogs: If the app crashes for some reason, we will ask you for your permission to access the crashlog, we might also ask you for a additional message(it's optional) along with the crashlog. You can choose not to send the crashlog. If you a send a crashlog, then it will be a huge contribution towards the development of InventPass.

A crashlog may include:

  • App data and other usage data
  • Device data such as API level, manufacturer etc.
  • The stack trace
  • The additional message that you've given
  • 0.0000001% chance of recieving your password or secure note, though you can view the stack trace before sending it.
  • Other system data
  • Your full name, username, and email address and other contact details should be provided in the contact forms
  • A unique Sync user ID (an alphanumeric string) which is assigned to you upon registration should always be at front
